Return and Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from allcare.co.uk you may return them to us at your own cost for exchange or refund. If you intend to return you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 calender days from the day your received your purchase to notify us that you wish to return them. We must receive any item you decide to return to us within 14 calendar days of your notification to us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition you received them. The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013 gives us the right to reduce the amount of refund you receive in the event non-faulty items are returned damaged or used in any way.

Damaged and Faulty Items

If your purchase is damaged or faulty on receipt we will recover the item at our expense. We will then replace or repair the item free of charge or refund the price you paid included any delivery charges you paid to us.


Refunds

Once we receive your return item we will inspect the item to ensure it has been returned in its orginal unused condition. Items return in a satisfactory condition will be fully refunded within 5 working days to the orginal payment method. Please note if you paid for one of our special devlivery options like next day delivery we only refund the basic delivery charge that would of been payable for the item.
